How Do I Secure the Date for My Event?
To reserve a date for your event, a 50% deposit of your total booked package is required.
Are There Additional Fees Apart from Per-Person Charges?
Sales tax is included in our charges. Gratuity is not automatically added, but you're welcome to tip your chef if satisfied with the service.
What About Pricing for Kids?
We offer one pricing for all, based on average adult portion sizes.
When Should I Confirm My Final Guest Count?
You can adjust the count up to 48 hours before your event, with exceptions for increases of over 20%, which require five days' notice.
When Should I Submit My Menu Selections?
Please submit your menu checklist before your deposit.
Can I Customize Menu Item Names to Match My Theme?
Absolutely, customization to match your event's theme is possible.
Can I Add More Crepe Options to My Package?
For our crepe station catering, we recommend up to six options. If you'd like more, contact us for pricing.
What If More Guests Show Up Than Booked?
You'll be charged for additional crepes served. While we bring extra food, accurate guest count is crucial.
How Long Does Set Up and Clean Up Take?
Both set up and clean up typically take around 45 minutes, and chefs arrive 45 minutes before service.
How Many Chefs/Stations Will Be at My Event?
Chef count depends on guest numbers, menu, and event duration. Consult our Catering Director for specifics.
What's Needed for Chefs and Guests?
We provide the necessary items for preparation and service. A 6-foot counter/table and access to outlets are requested.
Can Guests Customize Their Crepes?
Certainly, as all our crepes are made to order. Substitutions are possible.
Can I Provide Additional Crepe Fillings?
No external fillings are allowed due to licensing. We can provide a quote for additional fillings.
Do You Offer Gluten-Free or Vegan Options?
Upon request, we offer gluten-free vegan batter. A minimum order of 10 vegan crepes is required.
Can I Hire a Chef for Less Than Two Hours?
Yes, but you'll be billed for the full two hours of service.
Can I Extend Chef Service on the Day?
Extension feasibility depends on our schedule. Request at least 30 minutes before the original end time. Extra time incurs an hourly rate.
Can I Sample Crepes Before My Event?
